Britney Sues Kevin for Custody of the Playstation 2

HOLLYWOOD – The often-times ugly relationship between former married couple Britney Spears and Kevin Federline has just become uglier.

Court records obtained by SCNN show that Spears is suing her ex-husband for custody of their PlayStation 2, a 13-inch television and both of their games – NASCAR 07 and Resident Evil 4.

In a written statement Spears said, “I’m at a time in my life when I need as many distractions and diversions as possible. Besides, I had almost beat Resident Evil before I dumped Kevin and I wanna complete the game. I hear the ending is crazy y’all.”

K-Fed, who accepted SCNN’s interview request because he had nothing else to do, said he has it on good authority that Spears already plans to buy a PS3 or Xbox 360 this weekend, making him the logical owner of the PS2.

“You can’t even buy new games for that shit anymore, what’s she gonna do with it?” Federline said. “Unless she’s gonna give me access to the kids’ Nintendo DS, I can’t agree to give her full custody of the PS2. And that’s the only TV I have in my trailer, how I’m supposed to watch Access Hollywood if she takes my TV? K-Fed’s one sad panda.”

A spokesman for Spears called the allegations of her purchasing a new video game system “an absolute lie” and added that while Spears does have a 42-inch LCD TV in her Hollywood home, she would prefer to have the 13-inch television as well because of the convenient game input on the front.

The suit is scheduled to begin late next month, sometime shortly after it is decided if Spears is allowed to come with 1000 feet of her children.
