Even Ben Thinks Casey is the Cooler Affleck

The younger Affleck also speaks fluent Spanish, which most celebrity analysts agree is another point in his favor. Certainly Ben’s failed relationship with Jennifer Lopez counts against him, as do his roles in Gigli and Forces of Nature.

“I think everyone has pretty much known Casey was cooler, even since we were little kids,” said one friend of both Afflecks who spoke on condition of anonymity. “Let’s just say there’s a reason Ben was the ‘other guy’ in Good Will Hunting. Casey’s always had a quiet confidence about him, which is clearly cooler than the brash brand of bluster that Ben puts forward.”

When reached for comment, Casey Affleck refused to speak on the record about his own coolness – which, of course, would not have been very cool. But SCNN can assure you that the things he said off the record were enough to make it quite clear how much cooler he is than his older brother.
