Fantasia, Kelly Clarkson in talks with Playboy

LOS ANGELES, CA — On the heels of another season of American Idol – the show’s eighth successful year – word out of Los Angeles has first- and third-season winners Kelly Clarkson and Fantasia Barrino in negotiations with Playboy magazine to put together a “Girls of American Idol” shoot for the magazine’s September issue.

“Hef reached out a couple months ago, and I initially said ‘no.’ I just wasn’t sure it would be a good career move for me,” Clarkson told SCNN. “Then I thought about it for a while, and I figured if some other girls from the show would do it, and if they would pay me enough… What the hell, you know? Nothing is set in stone, though – I’m holding out for a little extra cash.”

According to sources within Playboy’s main office, the magazine began fielding

This is some crap, I know Fantasia and Kelly Clarkson would never agree to some mess like this and totally degrade themselves. I know both of them have more pride that to stoop to this. They could not be this hard up for cash.

Wow… Yeah right. That quote is certainly false. Kelly would NEVER be interested in showing off her body for Playboy. She just isn’t that kind of woman. And she definitely doesn’t need the money either! She just bought a big house in Nashville!
