Hospital Swaps Tori Spelling’s and Jessica Alba’s Babies

LOS ANGELES, CA - Cedars-Sinai Hospital is launching a massive investigation into its practices after it was discovered that hospital staff accidentally switched Tori Spelling’s newborn with Jessica Alba’s.

The hospital issued this statement late yesterday: “We deeply apologize for the error. As many of you undoubtedly know, all newborn babies look like misshaped potatoes and it’s hard to tell them apart. With all the celebrities traipsing through our maternity ward, it gets hard to keep which baby with which celebrity, and sometimes human error is inevitable. We have fixed the situation and are looking into steps to prevent this from happening again.”

Spelling and Alba have reportedly hired a lawyer in anticipation of litigation against the hospital. “The matter is completely egregious,” the lawyer told the press today. “First Cedars-Sinai leaked information that Paris Hilton comes in once a week for a colon cleansing, tox screen, and experimental Herpes treatments, and now they’re swapping out babies?
