According to eyewitness reports, Alba’s camp was the first to notice something was terribly wrong. “Jessica was breastfeeding when suddenly she was like, ‘wait this baby is not latina enough,’” said a source close to the star. “She got all pouty because she really wanted her daughter to be like a cafe con leche complexion. But then she was like, ‘wait didn’t Tori Spelling just have a kid? That woman’s white as hell. This is not my baby.’” Alba then allegedly began “ranting about how if she had the wrong kid, why couldn’t it have been Harlow Richie-Madden since her baby pictures are worth the most of all the celebrity newborns this year. Jessica really wants to net a couple million for some pics.”

While Spelling’s entourage have retained the same lawyer as Alba, Tori herself is apparently still under sedation from her C-section/breast life/tummy tuck/liposuction surgeries and thus unaware that any wrongdoing has transpired.
