Next Season of Real World to Take Place in Amish Country

MILLERSBURG, OH – In an effort to get back to the basics, MTV announced today that it will film the next season of the hit reality show “Real World” in the heart of Amish country – Millersburgh, Ohio.

Co-creator Jonathan Murray explained that over the years the series has started to get away from its core of showing real people in real situations.

“You get cocky and you think all you have to do is pack a bunch of over-sexual, drug addicted 20-somethings in a house and turn the cameras on,” Murray said. “But it’s getting a little boring at this point, I don’t even think we’re the worst show on television anymore.
