LOS ANGELES, CA- The Jonas Brothers are trying to creep out of the shadow of Hannah Montana. The group that owes part of its volcanic rise in popularity to the Disney star are trying their best to distance themselves from her.�

Nick, Kevin, and Joe feel that now is their time to shine, according to a Disney insider. Jonas Brothers tickets are the biggest sellers for the under 16 market and a new television show, J.O.N.A.S., is on the way on the Disney Channel.�

�We have no desire to exploit ourselves sexually,� Nick Jonas said. �We are perfectly willing to be exploited by Disney for right now.��

Hannah Montana, or Miley Cyrus, has been distancing herself from the golden, goody-to-shoes image that has supported her own desperation to become famous.�

�She wants to remain relevant,� industry analyst Tim Munch said. �She tried that whole weird incest thing with her father for Vanity Fair. I think it�s great that she is experimenting with her image, it shows a real willingness to do what ever to takes to make a dollar.��

Other stars have towed the line of inappropriate family affection and made out huge. Angelina Jolie is famous for her declaration of love for her brother followed by a creepy kiss following her win at the 2000 Academy Awards.�

The group was disappointed to hear that apparently the vaunted singer did not like them, when he refused to give them complimentary Neil Diamond tickets to his concert.�

�That�s alright,� Kevin Jonas said. �We got Coldplay tickets off a scalper that night instead, I guess her was just threatened by our deep, meaningful lyrics, like to �Love Bug� or �Video Girl�.��

The Jonas Brothers said they are looking forward to take some time off to spend with their parents.�

�We have made plans to get Journey tickets and Heart tickets,� Joe Jonas said. �You know to revisit the roots of Rock and Roll.�
